Fulfillment

We fulfill and ship orders within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please check your junk email folders for the shipping notification before contacting the store.

Items marked as "...shipped by the manufacturer"

Some of our specialty products are shipped directly from our trusted partners and small business suppliers. These items may arrive separately from the rest of your order and will not be sent from our store location. Don’t worry—if your order is split, we’ll provide tracking information for each shipment so you can follow their progress.

Items marked as "... available in-store only"

Some of our larger or bulkier items are marked as In-Store Only because they’re too big to ship safely or cost-effectively. These products must be picked up at our store location and are not eligible for shipping.

If you add an In-Store Only item to your cart and select shipping at checkout, you won’t be able to complete your purchase until the item is either removed or pickup is selected. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help if you have any questions about pickup options!

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at checkout if you’d prefer to pick up your order. In-store pickup orders are ready within 1 business day of purchase. You'll receive a phone call or email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
