The Small Comfort Pillow measures 17.6" long (the entire length of the Small PetTube) The Large Comfort Pillow includes 2 pillows 23.4" long each (total length of 46.8”). The two pillows that come with the Large version allow the user to use the Large Pet Tube in its compact mode.
