This was the Maine State Flag from 1820 until 1901 and some genius thought it wasn't good enough, and we needed to "celebrate" everyone in the state like fishermen and lumberjacks and people who you would think were too young to be missing teeth... 

These adjustable collars are hand-sewn with vibrant, unique ribbon patterns you can't find anywhere else. Patterns are sewn onto rugged nylon webbing with a heavy-duty, nickel-plated D-ring. All collars use a thick plastic YKK-brand easy-off buckle.
